Placing a preorder means your selected items will be sent to print during one of our scheduled preorder rounds. These dates are announced ahead of time—so keep an eye out and get those favorites ready! 💫

Once your order enters production, our estimated turnaround time is up to 8 weeks or less before shipping.

📦 Important Shipping Info:
If you’re purchasing both Preorder and Ready To Ship (RTS) items, please place them on separate orders if you’d like your RTS items shipped right away.

If they are placed on the same order, your RTS items will be held and shipped together with your preorder once everything arrives—since only one shipping fee is collected.

You’re always welcome to combine them—it just depends on when you’d like your items to arrive! ✨
