Shipping & Turnaround Time Policy

At ITGS Custom Fabric, we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review the turnaround times below before placing your order.

Ready To Ship (RTS)

Ready To Ship (RTS) orders have a turnaround time of 2–14 business days from the date of purchase.

This turnaround time is the time needed to process, prepare, and package your order before it is given to the shipping carrier.

Preorders

Preorder items have a turnaround time of 8 weeks or less once the preorder goes to print.

Please note that the 8-week turnaround time does not begin on the date you place your order. It begins on the scheduled print date for that preorder.

For example, if you place an order on September 10 for a preorder scheduled to go to print on October 5, the 8-week-or-less turnaround time begins October 5.

We often receive preorder items much sooner than the full 8 weeks; however, please plan your purchase based on the complete 8-week turnaround time.

$10 Expedite Option – Ship Within 48 Hours

Need your order a little faster? We offer a $10 Expedite Fee that can be purchased to move your order to priority processing.

With the Expedite option, eligible items will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.

The Expedite option applies to Ready To Ship items and preorder items that have already arrived and are available for shipment. It does not shorten the manufacturing, printing, or 8-week-or-less turnaround time for preorder items that have not yet arrived.

The 48-hour timeframe refers to processing time before shipment, not carrier delivery time. Carrier transit time is additional.

Orders Containing RTS & Preorder Items

If your order contains both Ready To Ship and Preorder items, the entire order will ship together once the preorder items arrive and the order is complete.

If you would like your RTS items shipped separately, please place them as a separate order.

Shipping Transit Time

Our turnaround times refer to the time required for ITGS Custom Fabric to prepare your order for shipment. Carrier transit time is additional and begins once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of our control.

Please Plan Ahead

If you are purchasing fabric or vinyl for a specific event, holiday, gift, or project deadline, please allow for the full turnaround time plus carrier transit time when placing your order.
